Suma Shivaraj, Tajibul Anam  and Haissam Naim can bill 2715 and 2717 as they are registered to do so through medicare. (GPMHCP with training)

All other doctors are to bill 2700 and 2701 (GPMHCP without training)

And all doctors are to bill 2712 for a Review of the MHCP and 2713 for Attendance in relation to mental health
