Childhood Immunisations

Childhood Immunisations are to be booked in with Doctor and nurse at the same time.
Patient will be called into see the doctor for a quick check up and then the nurse will provide the injection.
Appropriate paperwork is to be given to patient to read through and then sign with the nurse,

Admin team MUSt fill out all the relevant paperework to give to the nurse.

Children on a medicare are to be booked in for immunisations, and medicare card must be sited and added into medtech before consultation.

If they do not have a medicare card, the children can be immunised however consultations fees will apply.
